“I never expected I would need its help. I thought my retirement was well planned. In the last year, I realized that I did not have enough resources to go on. This has caused me great anxiety. I knew the Resident Supporting Fund was there, yet I was anxious to ask for help. I wish you could feel the peace of mind I now have, receiving these funds. I am so grateful for Ingleside and my neighbors that have made this possible.”
The Westminster Ingleside Foundation has become a source of peace of mind for the residents of our three Ingleside communities. In fact, since the doors of Ingleside at Rock Creek opened in 1906, not one single resident has ever been asked to leave due to lack of financial resources.
Resident Supporting Funds provide confidential subsidies to residents who find themselves unable to meet their monthly financial obligations, enabling the valued members of our communities to remain in the comfort and security of the place they call home.
Through the efforts of the Westminster Ingleside Foundation, each Ingleside community has its own designated Resident Supporting Fund, for use only in that community. This work helps to ensure the continued diversity and vibrancy of our communities by allowing residents to continue their residence.
Through the generosity of our donors, the Foundation has been able to distribute more than $4.7 million in grants from 2002 to 2015. You can be part of this tradition of caring generosity.
